“Loved this mushroom elixir! So many benefits to having these antioxidant mushrooms in our diet, especially now with a greater need to really look after ourselves and boost our immune system. Reishi mushroom is good for sleep and keeping the immune system in check, aswell as cancer fighting properties and balancing hormones. Studies also have shown that lions mane can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Cordyceps help fight fatigue and balance out your blood sugars. All medicinal mushrooms contain polysaccharides called ‘beta-glucans’ ...these help fight inflammation and balance the immune system. Tastes great too!”
