“Everytime I drink this I do feel better, my mental health have improved and I feel happier. The only thing I do not like is when mixed in warm water it doesn’t dissolve and can be hard to swallow.”

“I've not tried this product before, so it's a bit early to say if it's helpful or not. The powder is fine and stirs easily into my yoghurt.”
