“I have been taking this product for few months. It does its job. It is not heavy hitter, but it helps to boost serotonin levels especially during winter times. Apparently its 1000 x more potent than cacao or bananas. The only annoying thing is its very bad taste, but everything healthy usually taste bad anyway.I mix it with honey and some inositol for sweet flavour. For best result i take 2 spoons a day.”

“I have only just started using this product and so I can't say for sure what it will be doing for me, but I do like the product for what it is and the value of natural serotonin for the body. I will observe my body's reaction to it and add a follow-up review in the near future. I recommended it to a friend who thinks is brilliant for his mood.”

“Only been taking about a week but do feel a sort of calm happiness after taking. Noticed that sleep has improved also. Only taking once a day - half a teaspoon. Going to buy more & continue”

“I bought this powder as I’ve been really struggling with my mental health, and I really don’t want to be put on anti-depressants or mood stabilisers, so wanted to try and alternative, plant based route, and I’ve really noticed a difference in my overall mood and mental state. Definitely would buy again, and love that it comes in glass packaging.”
