“I have a really weak immune system but since taking this powder regularly, I haven't been sick - not even caught cold or cold sore once. I take a quarter of a teaspoon after breakfast, just straight into my mouth and drink plenty of water after. One thing I notices, as I am now on my second bottle, that the powder has changed - my previous bottle had a more grain-like texture, the current one I'm on seems more refined but also much more bitter. However, it's a tiny amount to take so you eventually get used to it.”

“This has been the fastest-acting, most effective supplement I have ever tried, after YEARS of taking supplements and herbs. Almost overnight I felt a reduction in sleep problems, terrible headaches, digestive issues and overall inflammation in the body. I have a weak digestive system and years of gut issues plus I am 49 so I think perimenopausal hormone fluctuations are adding to a list of chronic symptoms. But this beauty has helped HUGELY with all of these. I now take a heaped half-teaspoon 3 times a day. I just empty it in my mouth and wash it down with water but I am generally tolerant of bad-tasting things if they do me good! As I loved it so much I bought the 'plain' resihi and now have a cup of that morning and evening and I will try some other mushrooms too as I am now a convert. It feels so pure and natural. I am phasing out the other 2/3 supplements I was taking as this seems to be doing the job for me at this moment. Thank you Na'vi Organics this one has really changed my life.”

“More bitter than others but I also found not that hard to dissolve. I started on slightly over a 1/4 tsp which felt too much for my system so doing 1/4 tsp daily now. O felt an energy boost instantly.”
