“I love this stuff. I have it morning and evening (a heaped 1/2 teaspoon) on its own in hot water or with a herbal tea. Sometimes with stevia, sometimes without. It is an amazing taste. I find it is part of both my morning wake-up routine and my evening wind-down routine. The quality is wonderful, I have tried others which tasted dusty, musty or just weak. But this tastes and feels pure, potent and robust. It is helping with anxiety and hormonal issues - it feels balancing in ways I can't quite describe but I do feel. Thank you Navi for another winner!”

“- but that's not bad after only a week. I understand Reishi is slow-acting, so that feels fine for progress. I think I have been steadied by it in my nervous system too, noticing that in a couple of tricky interactions.”

“This I find to be a little bitter in my tea, so I've been putting it in a smoothie, having said that, I highly recommend it! Na'vi are a great family run company and delivery is always prompt and well packed, you can't go wrong as it's all pure and high quality.”
