“I must say this one surprised me. I bough it as some studies show it helps with migraines, now I know why. Somehow it works like a sleeping pill for me and I'm insomniac. I took 1g and had to go to bed in 20min after that. It's quite potent so now I take it before bed, half the dose. Will buy again.”

“I love this product and would recommend to everyone looking to start using reishi. I make reishi coffee daily, using decaf coffee and half a teaspoon of the Reishi extract powder. Always once a day but sometimes twice a day depending on what's happening. I look forward to the ritual of drinking my reishi coffee and it makes me feel profoundly relaxed, especially when I have the opportunity to drink it in the garden for some reason! I find it really helps me to appreciate being in nature on a level I can't put into words, really! I know how that sounds but it is a really peaceful feeling I haven't felt before which is really lovely. I have been taking the reishi for nearly two months I think, and combined with daily b vitamin complex have found my energy levels are much higher, especially endurance for cycling, I just don't seem to get tired. Also, I've found my sleep is much deeper, I don't wake in the night so much anymore. I'm delighted to have discovered this. I would like to add that I have tried other reishi powders in the past and they have not even come close to this!”
