“I have spent several years trying to find the perfect blend of gluten free flours for baking gluten free versions of my favourite cakes and biscuits. When I read about tiger nut flour I decided to try the Na’vi Organics brand because they offered peeled, organic and finely ground and had great reviews. This product is the missing ingredient and has taken my baking to another level in terms of the consistency and quality and now I finally feel confident to move on from basic cake mixes to replicating the more advanced recipes. I love this product and my only complaint is it’s too popular and is often out of stock when I want to restock.”
