“They say crunch free and its absolutely true. Ive baked with tiger nut flour before and the crunchy texture can be annoying, but theres none with this product. Its fresh, delicious and easy to use. I made a sugar-free apple and sultana cake, and the natural sweetness of the flour was perfect. It would also be amazing for carrot cake. Wont buy another brand now.”

“This product is bought as part of an autoimmune paleo diet for an ulcerative colitis sufferer and we have heard of no issues associated with the product at all - in fact it has become a staple ingredient of a suitable bread recipe.”
