“I have been adding a teaspoon of these to either my porridge or as a snack with nuts & dried fruits. Adds a little bit of a different texture to things. The taste is unusual, it has a bitterness & a sweetness which I quite enjoy. Will continue to buy & use as part of my diet.”

“I have learnt to trust and rely on Navi Organics for quality products for benefitting my whole body, energy and mind . This bee bread is on another level and my energy levels have leapt up (suffering severe long long-covid!) and I’m able to say this bee wonder has helped me bound again. Also my gut, and so my mentality, is a lot happier since I’ve been taking this. Coincidence? … no ! Thanks to the bees and Navi for another ‘wonder’/healing product!”
