I regard it as medicine and take it as such . On the physical level it aids healing and protects against infection and inflamation . On another level it raises the vibration of the heart . The substance is quite simply transformed sunlight and joy .”

“Perga is so delicios and nutricious. All you need to do is to mill it and mix with honey. Taste delicious and you only need a teaspoon of this beaitiful mixture to fill yourself up with vitamins and minerals. And of course i used Na'vi raw honey!”

“It smells like cinnamon buns in the packet, and is very easy to eat by dissolving on the tongue. This is handy, as I have digestive issues. It gives an energy lift after eating. A really lovely taste, it tingles in your mouth.”
