“It smells like cinnamon buns in the packet, and is very easy to eat by dissolving on the tongue. This is handy, as I have digestive issues. It gives an energy lift after eating. A really lovely taste, it tingles in your mouth.”

“Delicious. Sometimes I just eat a teaspoon straight from the packet, sometimes add it to a bowl of coconut youghurt and bananas. Feels very celan ad all of Na'vi foods are. Lovely !”

“I tried this when I got ill from severe stress. It helped me regain my balance and overall health so I ordered more. I take it first thing in the morning and let it melt in my mouth and drink my barley juice with it as well. Wouldn’t be without it!”
