“Great products.... just need to improve the quality so that it is more durable... especially on the rubber part between the upper part (where the liquid is) and the lower part so that it is not easy to leak... even though I have followed the instructions for use”

“I was using old vape cartridges for the vape juice I got from Naturecan and decided to use their disposable/rechargable unit. It worked much better requiring less of a draw and more of a hit compared to the other cartridges used previously. Unfortunately it malfunctioned but Naturecan quickly arranged a reshipment! At the same time I was also in the process of moving house and unfortunately Australia Post messed up the postal redirection, ie they posted to my old address so the shipment was lost. Nonetheless I'm planning to purchase another sometime in the future but Aussie buyers should beware, Australia Post may not deliver. :-( I'm hoping the investigation I launched with them rectifies their error.”
