“First time delivery, quite disappointing. The device can only be used within 3 days with a total of around 100 puffs. A complaint was made. A discussion ensued. Problems identified may be due to poor packaging of goods. And the support team has taken an amazing step and acted quickly, by making a replacement along with a little souvenir gift. And now the replacement has arrived in good condition because the packaging has been improved. Previously, the delivery time from the UK to New Zealand was very long, around 16 to 20 days. And for the delivery this time it was amazing because in less than 16 days, I received the item.”
