Hi Wayne, Many thanks for your order and sharing your experience. At 600mg and approximately 1200 puffs per pen, each puff is about 0.5mg. Depending on your needs you may need to have more or top up with additional CBD intake from other products. “Smakar gott, hjälper mot mina axel, rygg, höft och knä smärtor, hjälper mot min oroliga mage(ibs), hjälper mot mina sömn problem och mot min panikångest/ptsd. Inget som försvunnit helt. Men kan äntligen röra mig i och utanför hemmet utan större problem.”
