“I bought the CBD oil as I was told it'll help me with my sleep issues but sadly doesnt do for me. I still get very little deep sleep with the oil, but i struggle to get up in the mornings unlike usuall and get diarrhea with the CBD oil. I bought 2 packs that I won't be usuing”

Kedves Nikolett! Sajnáljuk, hogy egyenlőre nem érzel változást a CBD olaj szedése óta. Általában ilyenkor a probléma a túl alacsony napi adag. A napi 5 csepp körülbelül 20mg CBD-t jelent, valószínűleg ez kevés neked. Azt tanácsolnám neked, hogy növeld a napi adagod és szedj inkább 8 cseppet 2 hétig este, majd ha nem tapasztalsz változást, akkor emeld napi 10 cseppre. A CBD-nél sokszor próbálgatni kell az adagolást, amíg az ember megtalálja a számára tökéleteset. Remélem tudtam segíteni, ha bármiben még segííthetek keressen bátran! Üdv, Luca a Naturecantől
