“I tend to add my creatine to my protein shake, particularly with the unflavoured. Or just have it with a shot of water if I'm trying to take it just before my work out. It doesn't taste of anything so I'm fine mixing it or having on its own with water. It terms of mixing, which generally isn't great with creatine (of any brand), it seems pretty good. In terms of results. I'm a huge fan of creatine. It typically takes a week or two to kick in, but then I can see noticeable differences and I'm lifting heavier and look more toned. I do tend to cycle on and off creatine. On for 8 weeks, then off for a week. I've read a lot and know people that say you don't need to do this. I just do it out of habit now, but am quite flexible in terms of the cycling. Top product.”
