“This is my 3rd time getting these softgels. First time, they helped greatly with my hot flushes, in fact, I haven't experienced any hot flushes since. It is always difficult to exactly pin point if they were the reason but I believe they had something to do with it. I only take 1 a day so 10mg and this seems enough for me. If you are suffering during menopause, they are worth a try.”
