“An easy capsule to swallow; daily dose is two capsules so not sure why they don't contain twice as much CBD, meaning you could take one a day. I noticed no ill effects, but haven't received any benefits as yet (I've been taking two a day for a week). I shall continue to take the recommended dose and hope for results very soon.”

“The 10mg capsules come in a good sized package of 30 capsules - 3 sleeves with 10 in each. Easy to swallow capsules with no after taste and being vegetarian/ vegan myself it is an added bonus that they are suitable for vegans. After taking a capsule I do feel calmer and rested which is good as I suffer with fibromyalgia so being calm is an asset. It is a bit early to say how they help with pain relief but I will continue to use to see how the pain management goes. A good quality product thank you.”
