“I ordered this for my new Grandson only to receive the box damaged. No protection in a cardboard outer. I contacted My 1st years. Who replaced it a further 2 times and eventually I received a flat box in loads of bubble wrap and with fragile on the outside. Why it could not have been sent protected in the first place I am lost to understand. Please be aware when ordering you may need it replaced more than once. No goodwill offered either. I will not be ordering on line again.”
