“Item was good but I was disappointed with the wrapping of the personalised roof which looked like it had been opened and re-wrapped maybe to check the personalisation but no care was taken. I had to find some other gift paper to re-wrap it”

“The product is 'ok' but I was disappointed with the personalisation - and that is what should make this a special gift, and why I chose to shop with you. The baby's name, OVIE, clearly only has 4 letters and looks totally lost in the vast space available on the roof of the farmhouse. I accept if the child had a longer name you would have printed it but he doesn't and therefore I would have expected the size of the font to reflect the space available.
I purchased this present after recently buying 2 dolls from you for twin girls, Florence and Margot, and was delighted with them.
Now I'm afraid I feel disappointed and not elated at all to be giving this to my great nephew.”
