“I ordered this as a gift and forgot to add my gift message. Called My 1st years and they said they would add it to my order. When I didn't hear from the recipient, and I knew it had been delivered, I had to call them. They said that they had it, and loved it, but didn't know who it was from as there was no gift message. Such a shame as I have ordered from here many times with no problem.”
