“Hi this is the 2nd backpack iv got from your website. This 1st was the blue safari one & we used it for over 2 years,loved it. Ordered again & probably slightly disappointed this time. It's far darker in colour than in the picture. If it wasn't personalised, I would have returned an ordered a brighter colour 1. It's stil a lovely bag, just not the same as advertised. Thanks”
