“Hi this is the 2nd backpack iv got from your website. This 1st was the blue safari one & we used it for over 2 years,loved it. Ordered again & probably slightly disappointed this time. It's far darker in colour than in the picture. If it wasn't personalised, I would have returned an ordered a brighter colour 1. It's stil a lovely bag, just not the same as advertised. Thanks”

“Absolutely gutted as everything else we have ever bought from my 1st years has been excellent. But this sadly arrived smelling is white spirit. The smell was so strong we couldn’t even walk into the hall way without feeling ill. Backpack itself looked lovely and I wish we could have kept it but the smell just didn’t diminish. They then understandably wanted to check the stock before sending a replacement and couldn’t give me a time scale so I got a refund instead.
The returns process was awful. You can’t get hold of anyone on the phone. The WhatsApp takes 24 hours to read then reply. The emails almost as long. Gutted as I say as we’ve bought loads before all been wonderful. Customer service needs to be easier to get hold of.”
