Perfect way to save a FORTUNE! Easy to fit, make sure everything is out of the internals, refit, connect electrics back up, radio on, fish the nylon down, turning it until it drops a couple of cms, then get someone to turn the radio off for you... The aerial will retract down but not fully, turn radio back on, then off again. Sorted! 15 minute job! Recommended!

Bought as nylon cable on original aerial has snapped. Fantastic product, easy to fit. There's a guy on YouTube called Mike MiataKing who has posted two videos showing how to replace the aerial easily. Watch both and you'll do this no problem.

I purchased this for my 2001 Mk2 Jasper Conran and although initially I though it was going to be too long (the original had been snapped off, so I had no idea how long they were meant to be), it still fitted perfectly. Good product for a good price, and very reasonable p&p!

I ordered the part late friday night and received the new one on tuesday morning superb as always. One point for fixing though. the instructions are a bit vague. The best way of removing the chrome screw ring is to use a pair of caliper pliers with the smallest pin size. Fitted perfectly with no scratches.

The product was received next day, Saturday morning. Outstanding service as usual. Thank you.Agree with others that instructions are missing much, especially regarding the actual mast replacement. I used pointed nose pliars to turn the chrome retaining nut until loose enough to turn by hand. It should be mentioned that there is a retaining sleeve at the bottom of the mast which needs to come off the old mast, cleaned and replaced onto the new mast. And, when following the instructions to replace the mast and cable, to make sure the mast is fully extended before the motor is switched on, to ensure the cable is pulled in all the way to retract the mast fully. But, when the job is done, it's as good as new.

Arrived very quickly and although in a bag with a Ford part number it worked perfectly, highly recommended.
