Was bought this as a gift. Easy install even came with the EGR cap! Sounds amazing gave the exhaust that added rasp I was after. Like others have mentioned if you want to keep the EGR pipe then you'll have to get creative. But for me deleting the EGR was no problem.

It sounds tinny and it rattles against the tunnel beside the gearbox! :(

Doesn't fit my LHD 1.8l mk1 NA miata.1st : had to take off the steering piece between steering rack and steering wheel.2nd : it hits the chassis under driver's side (LHD car) so it can't be mounted correctly on the engine.3rd : EGR solenoid pipe isn't at the good place so I can't plug them together (wrong position and angle). Yeah a big waste lf money for me.

Looks nice but not all that great of a product.Simply does not fit. The E.G.R pick up on this manifold is miles away from where it should be. Only possible to fit if you don't mind removing your E.G.R.Annoying that it doesn't say anything about it coming with a gasket because I went and bought one and now I have 2 sitting around, Although the complimentary gasket is nice Id like to know I can save money by buying here.

I've had mine for over 6 months after finding out about the 97 UK spec cars being 475mm not the normal 440mm so I got this and a cat to help with a full install and its been problem free. downside was that the finish started to fade quite fast but then my car was a daily driver and I clocked over 200 miles a week easy.Installing it was easy but as others have posted the EGR pipe did need a little convincing but nothing major.sadly my MX5 was stolen and torched and while this did make it out of the fire in one peace the hood had melted all over it so when I get my 2nd MX5 I'm going to throw one of these on their asap.

As per usual this arrived very quickly and does look fantastic. It gives a lovely noise and possibly a small increase in power, though I cannot verify this. The only reason this is given a lower score is because the exhaust gas return does not fit with this. From cylinder three the EGR pipe is angled down 15-20 degrees whereas it is level on the stock manifold. As a result the only way I have managed to keep the EGR is to disconnect it from the inlet manifold and use some washer hosing and cable ties to make a \'secure\' fit. Aside from this the only thing I could think of would be reforming the pipe with heat but I really shouldnt have to do that.If it wasn\'t for this it is a top quality product that would\'ve taken five minutes to fit, rather than several hours messing about with one pipe.Editors Note: Sorry to hear you had trouble fitting this item. As we take any issues with our products very seriously, we will certainly be forwarding your comments to the manufacturer for their view on the matter.

well as always the item was with me before i could blink, cant fault the quality and price of the manifold and has made a real difference to the performance along with the stainless exhaust for £183. If your thinking of fitting a performance exhaust you need to fit it along with this manifold, the only advice i would give is to heat wrap all the pipes and air box etc as it does get very warm with no heatshield.
