Chromed Seatbelt Top CoverPerfectly formed and great looking chromed cover for the seatbelt top cover. Fits directly over the top of the existing black cover and looks great. Fitting takes about 10 minutes and can be done by anyone.Fits all soft top Mk3 & 3.5 models, 2005>Please Note: These wil only fit convertable models, NOT vehicles with the retractable hardtop.

“Ordered this item for New Mk3.5 it does not fit they have changed the seatbelt arrangement and although I bought and fitted this to my Mk3 it won't fit my 3.5 just to let other users know as well as MX5parts.”

“East to fit and look great. The must have accessory if you have the Chrome hoop cover. Took longer to remove the tape off the adhesive than it did to fit them !”

“I found it to be a poor fit, it seemed to be smaller than what it was fitting to so the tape underneath wouldn\'t stick. Pressing down hard I managed to get the tape to stick but the top cover split. The description does say not for the hardtop, and that\'s what I was fitting it to so maybe that was the problem and please take that into account. Took it off, added some more tape and now fits, but not flush. Doesn\'t actually look bad though.Editors Note: As the product says it will only fit the soft top versions as the trim it fits on to is physically bigger on the hardtop models.”

“These are very good indeed. Like the seatbelt guide trims, they really help to improve some pretty cheap trim around the seats. Unlike the seatbelt guide trims, they come with a tube of primer to help with surface preparation. Before applying the primer, I cleaned the area with White Spirit. The trims fit perfectly and do not foul the belt at all. Apart from proper preparation, the only other tip is to check which trim is which before trying to stick them down. They are marked, but the meaning of "LH" and "RH" depends on whether you view the car from in front or behind. It's obvious once you check.All in all, a very worthwhile addition for not much effort.”
