Chromed Seatbelt Top CoverPerfectly formed and great looking chromed cover for the seatbelt top cover. Fits directly over the top of the existing black cover and looks great. Fitting takes about 10 minutes and can be done by anyone.Fits all soft top Mk3 & 3.5 models, 2005>Please Note: These wil only fit convertable models, NOT vehicles with the retractable hardtop.

“Just tried fitting these and found that they do not stick as the tape is not thick enough. Prepared the surface with wipe and pre adhesive but no joy. Then noticed the tape does not make contact with the surface!!!!Will have to buy som 3m tape and try again.”

I\'ll hold my hand up for not reading the whole advert,but I think you could have made it clearer.Editors Note: As you rightly say, the description did state these will only fit soft top models. However as suggested we have now amended the product title and description to make that clearer.”

“Fitted these today to my MK3.5 and they look brilliant - great fit and super quality too. Took 10 minutes to do both sides. Oddly though the one marked LH is right for the driver's side and RH for passenger side. Couldn't be easier once I'd sussed that. And I couldn't be more pleased with the result.”

“A GREAT ACCESSORY TO COMPLIMENT THE DESIGN BAR COVERS BUT CHECK BEFORE FITING AS THE ONES I BOUGHT WERE MARKED THE WRONG WAY. THEY ARE MARKED LH & RH FOR CORRECT FITTING, BUT THE LH FITTED RH & THE RH FITTED THE LH. DO A DRY RUN BEFORE REMOVING THE BACKING TAPE, ITS TO LATE AFTER YOU HAVE STUCK THEM THEM ON.”

“Certainly improve on the 'sea' of black Mazda plastic (especially with the seat belt guide trims). Easy to fit, but do prepare the surface well with the alcohol pad and priming fluid so the adhesive tape will work properly. They could do with some more 3M adhesive tape in my opinion for such a large area and for this price, but mine seem secure enough (just fitted, so time will tell). You could use some other additional adhesive e.g. 'tiger seal' to be doubly sure, if you have some.”

“Excellent fit, and makes the back look so much better. Just make sure, like with all stick on bits, that you prepare the area well (surgical spirit) and you well need nothing else.”
