Usual fast delivery. Good quality pads with plenty of feel, good bite and low dust. Just what I wanted at the right price.

Replaced 4 discs with the "budget ones", and these pads, which I have to say are very good for the price, if you diy install them, the lack of fitting kits is a minor annoyance. The brake running in coating is a a lot better than I was expecting. and the lack of fade and feel of them is good for the price as well.

Needed to replace discs and pads all round so did some research and opted for these as seemed to be fine for every day road use. Have yet to fit so dont know yet how good they will perform? My gripe however is that the pads I received look complete different to those in the picture, both the pads and the packaging. There is no mention on the pads or the packaging that the pads are kevlar. The pads I received are the EBC Ultimax pads. I'm hoping that perhaps these are the replcement pads to those advertised on this website in the picture but having looked on the EBC website there is no mention of Kevlar in the Ultimax product description. What is most annoying is I could have purchased the ultimax pads off an ebay shop seller for half the price but decided to go for the 'Kevlar Pads' advertised in the picture on mx5parts and not the ultimax pads as I thought these were 2 completely different products! I called MX5parts to discuss but unfortunately the person I spoke to was evidently having an off day in terms of customer service and manners and seemed to adopt an attitude when I voiced my concerns! Hopefully the pads will provide the same qualities but I would suggest that perhaps the picture on here should be updated so as to avoid any future confusion for buyers. I have been using MX5Parts for over 4 yrs now and have always been delighted with the products and service. Sadly this is the first time I havnt been entirely happy, particularly with the customer service. As always delivery was prompt and as mentioned I shall wait to see once fitted if these do the job well?

I bought these pads after reading good reviews and was very pleased with the speedy delivery, but was then very disappointed with the amount of black brake dust on wheels within 48 hours of fitting them. The original pads left almost no residue and i hoped that these might be the same, but they were not.
