Painted Door Mirror Set For this unbeatable price, you get a set of two mirrors, ready painted in the correct colour. Unlike the OE mirrors, the internal parts in these kits are made with stainless parts for a much longer life. Supplied complete with a replacement mirror foot gasket. Only the colours listed below are available. If your colour is not listed, use our 'Ready to Paint' set, or a Mazda original mirror.Fits all Mk1 models, 1989>1998 with manual mirrors.Please note: A small number of very early cars only had a small locator hole cut in the door. These mirrors are designed to fit the majority of vehicles that had a larger hole. To fit to an early car, simply either elongate the hole in the door, or remove the cresent shape locator peg on the base of the mirror with a small file.

“colour came out great! the black surround bit is coloured and not black like oem ones. i personally dont mind it but some people have mentioned it in reviews. my only negative which i probably couldve searched up. there wasnt really any instructions, i had no idea where to place the sticky part or which way it goes and how to fit it. its on now mine are just loose because i unscrewed them. Also! as most know the screws holding in the original mirrors can be very hard to get out and is a good idea to replace them. So please note these mirrors dont come with screws! mx5parts has some good stainless steel ones which ive bought and work amazingly! :) overall would buy again but i hopefully shouldnt have to!”

“Fitment to the door is not perfect, there is noticeable gap.Pain finish is not perfect, there are some bad painted areas near the trim.”

“As usual excellent service. Great item at a good price. Very easy to fit. The only reason I have 4 instead of five is that the rim holding the glass in place is body coloured and not black like the original. The black pivot area looks better than the original which always corroded. Great colour match and easy to fit on a later car. With the stainless steel bolt inside I would say overall this is an upgrade on the originals.”

“Quick and easy fitting, took half as long to fit than I thought it might. I would remind people this does not come with screws which need to be bought separately. They sit very pretty on the my 1995 MX5.”

“The mirrors are distorting the view on their sides. The lip is painted instead of being black. The overall quality is fine with the paintjob being exceptionally good. The rubber gaskets are of excellent quality and so is the ball mechanism. I am only giving 4 stars due to distortion of the view.”

“An excellent product by IL Motorsport. Easy to fit, just a tad fiddly when lining up the screw holes, but took about 20mins. Replaced my existing mirrors which were pretty grotty. Great colour match. No screws provided, but you can order some. Used the originals. Described on the box as 'Manuel operated'...Must contact Andrew Sachs for advice..”
