“Looks the part.on my MK 3....easy enough to fit. Took a good grip on the original gave it a few twists until it broke the glue/ resin holding the original in place. Easy enough to slide off. New was really tight so sanded/cleaned the metal frame and then sprayed on some silicone. Few twists with new one and on she went. Small criticism, the new one could do with a tapered interior near the base to allow it to fit fully over the metal frame which flares a little at the base.”

“This product needs a rethink certainly needs fitting instructions and clearly there's a group of 3.5s this product doesn't fitIt leaves fitting a problem if it doesn't fit and original has to be damaged to be removed leaving customers with damaged original and postage to return”

“Come on guys it's not acceptable to state fits 3.5 models it does notI removed the original no problem but the bore of the one supplied is too narrow This needs sorting as it's annoying and time wasting and u should cover return postage”

“Usual superb quality item delivered swiftly as is the norm from MX5 Parts. Pulling the oe handbrake cover off was easy enough (you don’t need to cut/strip the leather, just pull off complete), getting the new one on took a bit of elbow grease and a rubber mallet as it’s a really tight fit, but ultimately, idiot proof. Once on, it looks fantastic and much more classy than the leather oe handle.”

“Don't buy this it does not fit.even using oil to help it slide on it's just far too small.Really annoyed as it damaged the leather on thecotoinal onectryong to put it back on.More German crap that's overpriced.Don't risk damaging your car.AVOID”
