Stainless Steel Boot Rack
This really is the ultimate boot rack for the MX-5. Manufactured from 100% stainless steel for total, all weather durability and with a massive 35kg carrying capacity! Highest quality polished stainless steel boot rack with stainless fittings, custom made for the MX5. No drilling, the rack is secured with clamps front and rear and is fully removeable. Available for Mk1 and Mk2/2.5 -- If you have a spoiler on the car, this may not fit on your car.

“Purchased this last summer together with other items for my mk2. I wish I had read C H Clayton\'s rewiew first as I would never have purchased it. I too washed/waxed the boot lid prior to fixing and after a few months removed the rack to find parallel lines on the paintwork which cannot be removed no matter how hard I try. Would not recommend this boot rack.Editors Note: Sorry to hear you have experienced problems. Please be aware that although these are supplied with rubber strips to protect the boot, any item that is in contact with paintwork for prolonged periods of time has the potential to leave a mark. In many cases though, it is as a result of the car having been resprayed at some point in it\'s life, and the quality of that respray not being as good as the original. (There was a recall on Mk2\'s some years ago due to the boot lids going rusty). We would recommend that any boot rack be removed periodically and the surface underneath cleaned to ensure this doesn\'t happen.”

“Brilliant service - arrived day after ordering. Looks really good and took our large vintage case with everything packed for a week long holiday easily. Fairly easy to fit though a little fiddly first time (there are lots of little washers of varying sizes; instructions are clear.”

“bonjourle look est superbe et la tenue de la valise est parfaite mais après quelque utilisations, il semble que la couche de chrome soit assez minceet cela occasionne une usure du métalle montage et réglage est moins facile qu' il n y paraitcontact et livraison parfaite car non faite par la poste”

“Glad I waited for this type of rack. Never expected it to be discounted to £99-99 as Special Offer. Bargain. Quick and efficient ordering / processing / despatch / delivery. Carefully packaged, clearly labelled, good instructions(!). All fittings/fixings work. Waxed boot surface as recommended in reviews, then stuck 2 lengths of clear plastic film before the rubber strips to reduce chance of marking painted surface; it worked to protect various bike's fairings! Magnet attracted to rack; really stainless? Time will tell if it corrodes. Most impressed so far. Really looks the business.”

“I bought mine in December 09, extremely useful and relatively easy to fit. However after only 2 months (spending much of the time under a cover) it is already getting covered in rust spots.
