This is pretty basic stuff and not worthe the money. This is written by someone who has no idea what it's like to be 50+. When I realized that, I lost all interest. No credability. Don't waste your money.

As a 77 year old mountain biker the tips make a lot of sense. The tip most valuable to me is the concept of positive thinking when trying to improve technical skills. Hope to be riding for many years to come and I think this book will Play an integral part in that journey.

Like othewrs have said if you have been mountain biking for awhile then some of the tips are common sense to you, but some are very helpful I enjoyed the whole read and I'm sure I will read it a few more times.
