“I just finished week one of this plan and while doing my usual 30km Sunday spin I really noticed the difference, my friend that always comes with me was begging me to slow down all day because he was struggling to keep the pace I was just cruising at. I was never much of a uphill rider but this plan has made me want to eat up climbs! While making the trails back down easier too, this has given me the motivation to get up at 5am this morning to start week 2 before work. honestly if your considering this plan to get fit for racing or just causal spins with mates do it! Can't wait to see how the next 11 weeks go but I'm confident I will be a different class of rider by then.”

“Started the program just before Christmas which was probably not such a good idea! The stretches are working well and the exercise plan has me aching in places I didn’t expect. You think you’re fairly fit but don’t realise how much doing the same thing does you no good. Same with the intervals - 2 minutes is a long time!
The plan itself is broken down into weeks and progressively builds you up. Certainly enjoying the variety, just got the hang of weeks 1 & 2 and I’m into week 3 and have to get to grips with the workout. Having to substitute some of the exercises as the gym isn’t as well equipped but there are plenty of options in the plan.”
