Due to the fact that you have now forwarded your case to the Financial Ombudsman, I'm afraid, we are not allowed to be involved in any 3rd Party dispute / Claim etc.... “So pleased I had taken out my Annual LeisureGuard car hire excess Insurance as had some very minor damage to my hire car, which the car hire company assessed and charged me €200 to my credit card. Upon my return home with all the paperwork from the car hire company I submitted my claim under my policy. It was an easy process to complete and I was reimbursed promptly with the €200 at the GB£ exchange rate into my bank account. Thank you LeisureGuard.”

“The policy is good, However, I am still waiting for my £200.00 deposit to be returned for this policy from 24th Spetember 2019. I hired a car from Green Flag and they promised that if i took this insurance that my deposit would be returned within 6months. ^months is too long to wait for a deposit, especially as the car was returned in good condition and as requested. I would not use this company again.”

“This deffinatly worth it as you get CDW cover for a fraction of the price your rental company would charge you But there is an awful lot of communications between you and LeisureGuard, don't understimate how much paperwork you need to do if you need to claim However they paid up promptly and without any aruement (excluding paperwork)”
