“Unfortunately have had to make a claim for car hire insurance excess. LeisureGuard use a 3rd party company called reactive claims to handle the claim. Reactive were good in terms of requesting info etc, and were very quick. But I have been waiting weeks for payment and nothing has been forthcoming. I have called reactive claims weekly, but they just say it’s all been packaged and sent to LeisureGuard for payment. Reactive confirmed they have everything they need from me, but say they have chased LeisureGuard, but I am just not getting a response! (According to Reactive lots of people waiting) I tried to call LeisureGuard and call got lost in automated phone system! Poor service when you need to claim and I certainly would not recommend them”
