If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“Having read - via Martin Lewis & the MoneySavingExpert website - about the huge benefits of taking out excess insurance I decided that this was definitely a good idea. Eversure was one of the MSE recommended providers and the process of implementing a policy was easily achieved online, at a very reasonable premium. Having the policy provided peace of mind that any untoward issues whilst driving abroad would be covered. And I am certainly glad that I heeded the advice to take out a policy as I needed to make a claim, not that there was huge damage to the car but apparently costly for the car hire co to repair (if it did in fact do so). The online claims process was straightforward, with the ability to save input and return to the form at a later time. Settlement, with funds credited to my bank account, occurred within a week of submission, a timeframe with which I was hugely impressed. If I intend hiring a car abroad in the future I will definitely consider excess insurance cover, with Eversure being at the top of the list of providers.”
