The cover is easy to get quotes for and simple to purchase. Covers all major requirements and saves a fortune compared to rental firms own insurance. Will definitely use again.

Easy to set up and purchase. Good price - cheaper than excess insurance quoted by the car hire company. I fortunately had no need to make a claim so can't really judge customer service in these circumstances.

Easy to buy and instant coverage gave me ease of mind for my car hire without paying extortionate excess charges from the rental companies.

Good value cover compared with the much higher price charged by car hire firm. Not had to claim so can't comment on claims service.

If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?
Very good as always

Easily purchased the policy and haven't needed to claim, fortunately, so I'm not able to comment on how good the policy was but purchase process was straightforward.

I was not impressed with the handling of my claim. I had to make several calls to chase and in the first instance they could have informed me that I had not submitted all the info they required but instead they sat on my money for as long as they could before paying my claim. They also deducted a sum for loss of earnings incurred by the rental company which I thought I was covered for? In the event I suffered a broken windscreen which was a no fault incident but if the vehicle had suffered a contentious breakdown and was off road for a number of weeks presumably I would have been considerably out of pocket.
