“They make it very difficult to claim no online have to phone in wrk hours, next to useless. I should have been able to claim 400 but have 0.waste of money do not use”

Our Office hours are as follows, hopefully this will also give you some further flexibility to call as well: 0800 520 0699 (or 0118 321 8197) Monday to Thursday 9am - 6:30pm Friday 9am - 5:30pm Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday & Bank Hols Closed Although we are not allowed to get involved in regards to any 3rd Party disputes (it does appear from your comments that your claim was unsuccessful?), interesting to know why. We would really appreciate the opportunity to have a discussion with you, so we can then understand as to what has actually happened here. We do meet, communicate and liaise with the insurers themselves and this does also give us the opportunity to discuss certain cases with them and to assist where we can. “I arranged my car hire excess insurance with Cover For You through MoneyMaxim. Unfortunately. I had to make a claim for charges made by the hire company for scratches on the car. The charges included an airport tax on the damage charge, which Allianz Global, on behalf of Cover For You, initially refused to pay. However, with the support of MoneyMaxim, they changed their mind and have agreed to pay the airport tax.”
