If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?

“I have used carhireexcess several times over the few years when hiring a car I holiday. They have always been reasonably priced and their website easy to use. This year I had to make a claim as I scratched the bumper on the rear of the hire car, this was dealt with promptly once all the relevant paperwork and images were uploaded to them and I received the money within a week. I would recommend using Car Hire Excess”

“The set up and modifications available for the policy are great. It was simple to get what I needed for my trips car hire cover for a fraction of the price of what I would have paid via my hire company! Will definitely use this company next time I'm driving abroad.”
