“I always take out a policy when hiring a vehicle abroad. Happy to say I've never had the need to make a claim but price is FAR cheaper that being sold the standard policy from the car hire companies and it provides me with the reassurance I need.”

“I have bought excess insurance from Carhireexcess many times and have always found the product to meet my needs completely, to be very good value, and to be easy to purchase. The current site, in my opinion, is excellent and needs no improvement. However if other customers would like to see satisfaction ratings included then this should be done. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim so I cannot comment on the performance of the claim process.”
