“Fraction of the cost of the hire company’s insurance. A tip....take a video on your phone of the car you pick up before you drive it away as the company we hired from tried to get some money back from us by saying a tiny scratch was caused by us. The video disproved them. So didn’t have to claim from bettersafe.”

“Made a claim for a relatively low amount. A lot of information was requested and it took several weeks to resolve, but it paid out without any issues. Would use again.”
