Fortunately I have not had to make a claim , but it's good to know you have cover when required . It's obviously better value then insurance offered by car hire companies hence the reason customers cover them selves before a hire

If you had to claim how happy were you with the way it was handled?
Great car insurance for USA accepted with no issues . Reasonable priced for annual cover . Easy explained policy documents

Car hire excess insurance is essential to avoid the "sharks" who hire you cars, ripping you off! I picked this particular company following a "covid" break from car hire, after a search. Price was reasonable and cheaper than my previous "lapsed" policy, with similar policy inclusions. Why pay more?

Good price and policy, Fortunately we did not have to claim. So much cheaper and better than the policy that was offered from the car hire company

Unfortunately, I had to make a claim. The claim process is simple and straight forward. Their staff is helpful. The claim refund was received within the expected time. They do what they say. I am happy with their services.

Good value for money Had to use our policy, process was straightforward and contact was efficient and timely, including a follow up when the final claim had not been placed after a period of time (was still awaiting final bill). Claim was paid out in full, including a non Sterling charge to the credit card associated with the payment - this was without prompt. Only real way to rate an insurance product is when it is used. Our experience here was excellent
