“Excellent customer service following a mistake on my part of duplication of a a policy. Dealt with swiftly, courteously.and refunded. I’ve currently had no cause to make a claim on this excellently priced policy! Thank you.”

“Fortunately I have not had to make a claim , but it's good to know you have cover when required . It's obviously better value then insurance offered by car hire companies hence the reason customers cover them selves before a hire”

“Car hire excess insurance is essential to avoid the "sharks" who hire you cars, ripping you off! I picked this particular company following a "covid" break from car hire, after a search. Price was reasonable and cheaper than my previous "lapsed" policy, with similar policy inclusions. Why pay more?”
