“Definitely improved my knees, although not in pain before I did get a little discomfort occasionally, totally gone with these, I think it's the warmth more than anything. Bunch up at back a bit, possibly if they had some slightly thinner material at crease of rear would be better. Glad I went with single ply.”

“Great bits of kit, easily cleaned and have totally changed my WOD's. Much more support while squatting but not too tight during METCONs. Highly recommend these to anyone suffering with joint issues.”
