“I find they are very good for lighter lifting/ workouts but not so much for running. Also my size ran in between a medium and a large, decided to go with the large but they do fall down slightly.”

“I've never used sleeves but was also sick of using wraps all the time so thought I'd give them a go, I'm glad I did, they are a staple as the weight goes up now (I'll use wraps when strength training?) They taper perfect for the difference between upper leg and calf size difference”
