Thanks for getting in touch. I believe we asked you to send us some images of your cake so we could investigate further, these don't seem to have arrived yet via either method we suggested. As you know a traditional Simnel Cake has 11 marzipan balls representing the faithful apostles, Judas being excluded for his betrayal.
