“I thought the inital look of the cake very very poor, it was burnt on top, with marzipan balls the size of hazelnuts and with that they had all been moved becaucause 12 had been put on instead of eleven.

Thanks for getting in touch. I believe we asked you to send us some images of your cake so we could investigate further, these don't seem to have arrived yet via either method we suggested. As you know a traditional Simnel Cake has 11 marzipan balls representing the faithful apostles, Judas being excluded for his betrayal.
Feel free to share your images as requested earlier this week so we can investigate as promised.
