Thanks for taking the time to post a review. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the Carrot Cake. It is indeed the cake with the shortest shelf life in our range - this is due to the high carrot content and no artificial preservatives to extend the shelf life.

“Four stars because I didn't appreciate that if I ordered pm Thursday the cake wouldn't arrive until Monday pm and then only had 48hrs best before...lesson learned.Cake still quite moist
I also bought a lemon cake same time which had a much longer best before...and delicious to date.”
