“I chose a traditional fruit cake which was topped with cherries and walnuts. However, it was impossiblle to slice as it crumbled. The texture was almost wet. The cake was oversweet. I wouldn't share this cake with friends as it just isn't good enough. Sorry, but that is my honest opinion.”

Thanks so much for taking the time to post a review. I'm sorry to learn that you didn't enjoy the Rich English Fruit Cake. We send cutting instructions with these cakes as they are very densely packed with nuts and vine fruits and this can make them tricky to cut neatly. They are baked for several hours and yet remain very moist. I appreciate you trying our cake and posting the review.
