“I have ordered quite a few cakes in the past and they are always excellent. Unfortunately this one arrived split in to 3 pieces and disintergrated easily. As this was a birthday gift this was a bit disappointing.
It could be the postal service damaged the cake.
Having said that, Customer Services refunded me without question.
I feel confident that this was a one off and would order again in the future.
