“I have not been sleeping much this last few weeks. I am fidgety in bed, find it hard to wind down/switch off I would be in & out of bed like a yo-yo. Also up & down the stairs too !! Since taking the Sleep Aid i have really noticed a difference. They've been a lifesaver & i will keep them just in case my sleeping pattern goes haywire again. I definitely would recommend these (for short term use) as Insomnia is horrible.”
